We have our own hip and lively Lya Bar right downstairs.  They play a wide assortment of music spanning several genres, and offer drinks at prices that can’t be beat.  When you’re ready to leave the party behind, just slip upstairs to your clean, comfortable room, away from the crowd. 

TAKSIM AREA

Taksim is the liveliest and most energetic part of town, where the bars stay open late, and the action goes on and on nearby.  Chillout Lya is located squarely in the middle of the nightlife, and there are many clubs and bars in the area for you to explore.  Late into the night their muted sounds of rhythm and music can waft through the city and lull you to sleep, to dream of the fun being had all around.

Chillout Lya is the newest addition to the Chillout Hostels brand, offering comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. Almost all of our rooms are private, so you’ll have your own personal space to spread out and feel at home.  This is the perfect option for couples or families who enjoy having your living space to yourself. We have a wonderful self-service kitchen at your disposal, equipped with commercial grade appliances. Food is not expensive in the restaurants nearby, but there’s nothing like a home-cooked meal when you’re on the road to set you at ease and make everything right in the world. The social hub of the hostel is the Harem Lounge at the Lya Bar downstairs, tactfully separated from the sleeping rooms to keep our guests comfortable and your sleeping space serene. The Harem is the perfect place to lounge around on big comfortable pillows, hang out and mingle with friends, read a book, have a drink, meet new people, and generally kick back and relax. Our sister hostel (Chillout Cengo) is just around the corner 10 meters away, so if you want even more social interaction you are welcome to stop by and hang out in the common room to meet backpackers and other world travelers. If you need information about the city, the sites, transportation, or anything else in Turkey, our friendly reception staff at both Lya and Cengo are at your service and happy to help!
